Fasten Your Seatbelts...

Warning: The following blog contains serious ponderings.

Lately I've been wondering what happens in the meantime. Do you know what I mean? What did Joseph Smith do after he had the first vision and had to wait another four years before anything else happened (I'm pretty sure that's accurate)? What did Samuel the Lamanite do after he preached up on that wall, he told everyone what was going to happen, he knew it, but what did he do after that, did he ever waver? What was Noah thinking every time he fastening another board onto that ark when he had no evidence other than what he knew was right? What was Joseph of Egypt thinking while he sat rotting in prison when he knew that he was promised amazing things?

Maybe this is too much of me on a blog, I don't expect comments. I'm pretty sure J. Huelay is the only one who still reads my blog anyhow.

I guess what I'm thinking is, I bet it was really tough for those guys. Actually for any of the prophets, and anyone that knows something when they can't see what they know they know, and they have to wait. It really makes me feel for them, and love them more, and want to know them. That is faith. Building the ark. Testifying of what you know, even if it seems crazy. Telling people they need to repent while they chuck spears at you. Believing that God hasn't abandoned you even though things look incredibly bleak. I want that kind of faith.

I would like to dedicate this Vlog to Miss J. Hulet, who feels that I should blog more often...
